Every once and a while I’ll put together a string of words that make sense. Sometimes one verbose string will connect to another enough times and I’ll almost have a coherent story. Once this point is reached and I have completely exhausted all other methods of text based therapy I will publish a book.
So far I have two works available at a cheap price for you to peruse via the almighty Amazon.
A wild west outlaw is caught in a standoff against his personal demons. A drug addict claims she can travel time. An inmate ponders life while waiting for the ‘Lou Reed Treatment’. These are just a few of the people you’ll meet in APNEA-the latest short story collection from Nathan Tackett. APNEA explores the dark final moments of life and their consequences. Love, death, sex, and overdoses are merely souvenirs. Brutally funny, chilling, and just a bit heartbreaking, these six stories will have you questioning reality.
